Most common
Monthly meet-ups
Informal gatherings — usually 8 to 20 people, in a café or community space. There's tea. There's a loose structure. You don't need to have anything prepared. People share if they want to, and listen if they don't.
What to expect
A short, honest answer — because most people want to know before they come.
You come. You sit. You listen — or you talk, if you want to. Nothing is required of you except showing up.
Our spaces are English-speaking, informal, and led by people who have been through cancer themselves or alongside someone they love. There is no agenda. There is no pressure to be further along than you are.
What we offer
Most common
Informal gatherings — usually 8 to 20 people, in a café or community space. There's tea. There's a loose structure. You don't need to have anything prepared. People share if they want to, and listen if they don't.
Ongoing
Smaller, more regular circles — usually 5 to 10 people, meeting monthly. Sometimes themed (caregivers, patients newly diagnosed). A facilitator keeps things gentle. It's not therapy, but it's not nothing either.
Always open
A WhatsApp group and community space for people who can't always make it in person — or who just want to stay connected between meet-ups.
What if I'm not ready?
Many people sit with it for weeks before coming. Some people email us first. Some come once and take a long break. There's no wrong way to use this community.
If you'd rather talk to someone before committing to anything, that's what we're here for.
Ready when you are
Listening is participating. Come once and see how it feels.

Keep the circle open
The community is free. It is also not free to run. If you're in a position to help, we would not turn it down.
